Duncan Brand is a Senior Leadership and Talent Consultant with Millennium Career Advantage. His career has centered on the development of leaders, managers and employees in Senior Director roles for companies such as Cisco Systems, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Hewlett-Packard, Safeway, California ISO and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He has a successful record of facilitating performance improvement through talent development initiatives and driving leadership and management projects for companies with budgets up to $10M. Duncan is a profilic coach and trainer; he’s coached over 2,500 employees in career development and trained over 5,000 managers and leaders.
A visionary in creating and driving culture change, Duncan brings first-class executive coaching skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams and executives to C-Level, in various industries. Expertise includes designing and facilitating Talent Assessments, Executive Succession Management strategies, and Development/Selection consulting.
