Duncan is a prolific coach and trainer; he’s coached over 2,500 employees in career development and trained over 5,000 managers and leaders.

She has worked for an International Hospitality Company, owned her own business and facilitated in financial, retail, education, manufacturing, hospitality, technology and city government, among others.
She held the position of Regional Director of Training and Development for HOST Marriott Airport Operations and in that role oversaw all training, for hourly and Executive positions for sixteen Western State Airports including San Francisco International Airport. She has also worked as a Coach for a leading Transition Mobility company and worked with Executives one on one to help improve their marketability and Leadership abilities.
