College Access and Success Resources
Much of the pro bono coaching and consulting work that MCA engages in, is directed at four not-for-profits that provide college access and success resources and programs for under-served youth, both locally and nationally. Here is brief information about each:
East Bay College Fund provides college access services, scholarships, mentoring, college counseling and life skills training to public school students from low income families and communities with historically low college attendance rates.
The mission of First Graduate is to help students finish high school and become the first in their families to graduate from college ready to pursue meaningful careers.
The Mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented under-served youth in business and industry, and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.
The East Oakland Youth Development Center helps students feel supported and prepares them for higher education, employment and personal success through its many programs.
