I had the opportunity to receive leadership development coaching from Marvell at critical points in my career. Each experience was different but Marvell’s method for coaching was consistent in that she did not just give me the answer or solution. Marvell is a true coach; she asks the right questions that guided me to the answer or solution I needed. These sessions have served me well in my career and as leader coaching my own team. The knowledge I gained from coaching sessions with Marvell have helped me refine my leadership approach. I now feel it is my responsibility to share that same knowledge with my staff as I support their development.
